Our experience in sourcing and acquiring properties varies from a single premises, to sites for national and international operators for commercial, residential and mixed use developments.
The fall in property values in recent years has created a number of opportunities for both property acquisitions and leasing. Due to the current economic climate, securing long-term property holdings at competitive rates are becoming increasingly attractive.
- We seek to understand the bespoke needs of the client, focusing on; location, property size, specification and financial parameters.
- We carry out a detailed sequential search of land and properties in the areas for the required use.
- We source, inspect and screen all available properties to identify the property that meets the client’s needs.
- Financial analysis and physical assessment of suitable properties.
- Commercial negotiation on behalf of client for acquisition of freehold and leasehold interests.
- Agree with the client a shortlist of properties and the preferred target property.
- Negotiate competitive commercial lease or purchase terms (with input from the Client’s solicitors).
- Project manage the legal documentation process.
